Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy to help you with an exchange to find your perfect handbag or accessory. Product must show NO WEAR.

Due to our custom process, limited leathers + linings we regret that we cannot refund ANY custom made items. 

 

REPAIRS

We would be happy to repair anything that we handcrafted at Alexis Drake. Please note : There may be a minimal material charge associated with the repair.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Alexis again, just sign up as you did the first time and Alexis will start sending messages to you again.
